The challenges facing the principals and coordinators of Hebrew and Judaic Studies is to lead the educational team in achieving the goals of strengthening the Hebrew language and connecting to Jewish life in the Diaspora, all in accordance with the school mission. The iTaLAM Professional Development Track for Administrators and Hebrew and Judaic Studies Coordinators is intended to help shape the perception of the principals’ managerial-leadership role, while providing tools and skills for managing and leading the teaching staff and developing them.
