מדיניות ביטולים והחזרים בהרשמה להכשרות

אנו מבינים שעלולות להיווצר נסיבות בלתי צפויות, וייתכן שיש צורך לבטל את רישום להכשרת המורים. מדיניות הביטולים שלנו היא כדלקמן:

• ביטול עד ה-25 במאי 2025 יקבלו החזר מלא של דמי הרישום. 
• ביטול בין ה-26 במאי עד  ה-6 ביוני 2025 יקבלו החזר של 50% מדמי הרישום. 
• ביטול בתאריך ה- 8 ביוני 2025 או אחריו לא יהיה זכאי להחזר.

כל הביטולים חייבים להיעשות בכתב על ידי שליחת אימייל לתמיכה שלנו בכתובת support@italam.org. 

בבקשת הביטול יש לכלול: שם, שם בית הספר, קוד בית הספר iTaLAM, פרטי התקשרות ופרטי הרישום.

אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לבטל או לשנות את מועד ההדרכה עקב נסיבות בלתי צפויות. במקרים כאלה, נעניק החזר מלא של דמי הרישום. 

איננו אחראים לכל עלויות אחרות שייגרמו למשתתפים, כגון הוצאות נסיעה או לינה.

Cancellation Policy for Teacher Training

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your registrations for the teacher training. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made by May 25, 2025 will receive a full refund of registration fees.
• Cancellations made between May 26 and June 6, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.
• Cancellations made on or after June 8, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to our support at support@italam.org. Please include your name, school name, iTaLAM school code, contact information, and registration details in your cancellation request.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the training due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
