The Corona era has forced schools to find alternative staffing, frequently from day to day. Many schools have requested training for this educational auxiliary force that can assist in classrooms and serve as stable anchors in the classroom in the absence of teachers or substitutes.
This training is intended for educational staff who help teachers support the teaching and learning system. This training does not replace teacher training, and it is not enough to teach iTaLAM as the Head Teacher, but it provides tools in a relatively short time, to support learning, to support the running of digital tests, to help extract data from the LMS, and to assist struggling students.
In the training, the assistants will learn the basics of the iTaLAM methodology and what it encompasses in order to help and strengthen the functional Hebrew in the classroom. The training is fully funded by United from the Ministry of Diaspora of the State of Israel and requires prior registration. The training will be given at least twice a year, you can attend parts of the sessions or all of the sessions as detailed below.
The course is divided into two parts (one can register for one part or both):
* In November nother course will be open (dependent of the number of registrants) and in January an additional coure will be opened (dependent on the number of participants).
